Véronique is one of the founding members and Vice-President of Dress for Success Montréal. She was originally involved with Dress for Success in Ottawa, where she contributed in various capacities for 2 years. Her experiences with the chapter in Ottawa have enabled her to witness first hand the positive impact of Dress for Success on the lives of the women the organization serves. This deep conviction coupled with her desire to give back to her community led her to spearhead the opening of Dress for Success upon her arrival in Montreal.
Professionally, Véronique has enjoyed a varied career in the field of communications and government relations and currently works in business development for the Desjardins Group. In whatever position she holds, Véronique stands out due to her communication skills, leadership and engaging personality.

Annie is a lawyer and mother who wishes to use her knowledge and energy for the benefit of women seeking a better future.
Annie is Partner, lawyer at BCF. She is also president of the Montreal chaoter of the Licensing Executives Society, an organization whose mission is to train and facilitate exchanges between professionals involved in the commercialization of intellectual property in North America.
Her desire to help her peers thrive, coupled with a strong desire to contribute to her community as an independent professional woman naturally led Annie to Dress for Success Montréal, whose mission touches her deeply. Annie hopes that her strong character and determination to provide women from all backgrounds with the tools they need to succeed will be an inspiration to others who will have the desire to learn more about and support Dress for Success Montréal.
In her spare time, Annie is an avid runner and has a particular affinity for the Granby half marathon held each year in September. She hopes one day to reach under the 1 hour 50 minute bar, but until then, she trains by running after her two small children, who are her biggest priorities.
Pascale holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with a concentration in Finance and International Business. She attaches great importance to continuing education and, in this regard, earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. With this title, Pascale can act as a wealth management advisor and as a discretionary portfolio manager for individual clients. She also became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder in 2006. This globally recognized designation measures the competence and integrity of investment advisors in the areas of financial analysis and portfolio management. Furthermore, Pascale holds her license in Life and Health Insurance, and her Options license, allowing her to offer a full range of services to her clients. Thanks to all her strengths, she has advised a wealthy clientele within RBC Dominion Securities for 15 years.
Pascale has been an active member of the McGill University community and has overseen the activities of the Women Alumni Association as a former President. The involvement within this fully feminine group has enabled her to better understand what women are looking for as a business relationship, and to build a solid network of contacts based on trust and mutual support. She now devotes her time to Dress for Success, an organization that helps women re-enter the workplace.
Pascale is also a fitness enthusiast, performing several triathlons a year, encouraged by her spouse and two daughters.
Martina joined Dress for Success Montreal as a Board of Directors Member in April 2016. Originally from Argentina, she has immigrated with her familty to Montreal in 2003. Martina was motivated to join Dress for Success Montreal by her personal experience of having to adapt to a new society, as well as her passion for fashion, and her deep support for the feminist cause. Martina started her career as a management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, where she co-led the Women In Consulting Initiative.
Through this role she discovered the Dress for Success organization, during a corporate clothes collection initiative. Instantly, Martina deeply connected with Dress for Success' mission and was touched by the concrete and meaningful impact the organization had in the lives of women. After a few years in consulting, Martina has joined The ALDO Group as Director of International Business Development, growing ALDO's and Call-it-Spring presence internationally. Martina has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
ANNE-MARIE LYNDA BOISVERT
Board member and Treasurer
Ms. Boisvert is a chartered professional accountant and a partner specializing in forensic accounting in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice. She has been working at Deloitte for over 20 years, including several years in Deloitte Australia where she gained vast international experience working on many investigations in Europe and Asia.
During her seventeen years in the Deloitte Forensic group, Ms. Boisvert has led various investigative assignments involving suspicions and allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, non-compliance with corporate policies, and similar irregularities. She has also led and helped law enforcement authorities carry out investigations and conducted many damage-quantification and dispute engagements.
The advancement of women in the workplace is a matter close to her heart, and she was hoping to get more actively involved. Dress for Success fits well with this goal and also gives her a chance to give back to the community.
With her extensive expertise in marketing, public relations and communications, Caroline oversees internal and external visibility as Manager, Communications, Business Solutions East and TELUS Québec at TELUS. Caroline holds a master degree in communications. For the past 15 years,
Caroline helped public and private organizations build their profile and raise their brand awareness; led strategic public relations as well as internal and external communication plans. She provided advice to senior managers on brand reputation management, communications and change management.
Carolina is first and foremost the proud mother of two strong, intelligent and funny girls for whom she aspires to be a role model of success, resilience and goodwill. She is passionate about women’s equality and she has been actively involved with Dress for Success Montréal since its establishment in 2014. Carolina is the Executive Director since February 2018.
Carolina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as her civil law and common law degrees from McGill University. She also holds a Master of Law from University College London. Carolina is a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2005 and she practiced in many areas including human rights law, Aboriginal law, refugee law, humanitarian law and family law. Carolina has held several leadership roles in the private sector as well as in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Josée is corporate secretary of Dress for Success Montréal since September 2015.
She supports the board of directors, a dynamic and committed group, in their initiatives to assist women integrating the work force.
Josée is a paralegal specializing in securities law with the firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg since 1997.
